It was Sunday, so only one visit today. Erlan was in high spirits. I am posting a very quick video where he says "up" and then Ben tries to get him to say it more. Naturally once Erlan saw the camera, he refused. :-) Such a 2 year old!
Erlan does look quite serious in all of the pictures and video that we take outside. I imagine that he is on sensory overload when we are out there trying to take it all in. I also think he's plotting his escape. ;-) We saw puppies today, and Erlan was intrigued. He wanted to follow the puppies. Poor old Jackson (Ben's 14 y.o. cattle dog), he doesn't know what he's in for.
Erlan had a grand time playing with Nadia. She's such a funny little girl. She tries to mother Erlan. She helps him with his boots and with the potty. She wants to share her cookie and drink with him. She is prepping Erlan quite well for the mothering he will get from Kenzi and Keely.

Yes, he looks very pensive in the outside photos. Surely he IS planning his escape to go live with you guys part-time and the puppies part-time.

Hi: Wow! He talks very, very clearly--no doubt in what he says. I wished for him today--lots going on here on the farm--Kelly came over to borrow a bull--had James and Joseph with him and they spent their time in the tree house. Then, Mikey and Jenny came out and Mikey took down the Christmas lights and he and friends are are working on a trailer. Kelly came back to get the old camper which Mike said he could have so it's now gone from the lot! (boo hoo) Now, I don't think Erlan would have missed anything if he would have been here. Won't be long now!!! love you much. p.s. Brian won 8th out of 45--he was elated. first 3 got trophies and 4-10 got medals.
